Image result for retro image of welcome wagonALL ARE WELCOME! We have approximately 20+ new families to bring into our IHM fold. (Thanks be to God!) Will you PLEASE be a host family? Host families are asked to be the “IHM Welcome Wagon” to their new family. We try to  match host families and new families based on the age of their kids and/or other things we know y’all share in common. It’s not time intensive, just an awareness of what they might like to know as the year progresses ie: inviting them to the Autumn Auction…explaining what it is! Inviting them to Munch and Mingle after Sunday Mass…introducing them to other families…letting them know where the best place is to get uniforms…referring them to your own family doctor or dentist.   Please volunteer by emailing Mrs.  Shelley Mead at  shmead1@gmail.com

PRAYERS AND SUPPORT FOR A CH-IHM-ER    IHM graduate (2005) and CC graduate (2009) Drew Riebel was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. That diagnosis changed when  his rapid deterioration of symptoms inspired more tests. It was confirmed at U of M Tuesdady Drew has ALS, known also as Lou Gehrig’s disease. His  family and friends are promoting a go-fund-me page for Drew and his wife, to raise money for expenses related to his condition. (Some handicap-accessible home renovations, an electric wheelchair, medical expenses etc.)  Most importantly they ask for your support in prayer.     The link is here:   https://www.gofundme.com/fighting-for-drew?viewupdates=1&rcid=r01-152598516153-53f4067dfebc455b&utm_source=internal&utm_medium=email&utm_content=cta_button&utm_campaign=upd_n
